In a small bowl, whisk together the almond flour and baking powder until smooth.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, vanilla, baking powder, salt and sugar together until well blended.

In the same bowl, mix the almond milk and powdered sugar.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.

Add in the dry ingredients and beat well to combine.

Add water to the dry and mix until smooth, about a minute.

Add powdered sugar and cinnamon and mix well until combined.

Add milk chocolate and mix to combine, about 30 seconds.

Spoon the batter into the prepared baking tray, using the bottom of the tray as a spatula.

Bake for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.

Cool for a minute before removing the cake from the tray and letting it cool completely.
