A pound cake with chocolate topping.
If you’ve ever had chocolate bundts or tried to bake them in the oven, you know the excitement.
But there are many more ways to make a chocolate bundte.
These recipes are all about the chocolate filling and the cream cheese icing.
You can add some milk to the cake if you’d like, but it’s optional.
Ingredients: 1 cup butter, melted, 2 cups sugar, 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 3 cups chocolate, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons milk, 1/2 cup milk, 3 tablespoons cream cheese, 2 1/4 cups flour, 1 cup chocolate, 1 1/8 cups cream cheese filling, 1 tablespoon butter, 2 ounces cream cheese frosting, 1 pound cake, 3 ounces frosting Directions: Combine the butter, sugar, flour, chocolate, eggs, vanilla extract and salt in a medium bowl.
Beat on medium-high speed until light and fluffy.
Add the flour mixture and mix on low speed until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate mixture and the eggs one by one.
Add cream cheese and mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the cake from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a month.
