Why the world’s biggest unicorn birthday cakes are now available in Australia

The world’s largest unicorn birthday is back on shelves in Australia and New Zealand.

The Australian company Baskin Robbins has launched a new line of unicorn cakes that are sold at more than 3,000 retailers across the country.

The cakes feature unicorns on top, and are available for a price of $35, with the option to add a cake for $65.

Baskin Robbins founder and CEO David Gartrell says the new cakes are a direct response to the demand.

“We have to take this opportunity to make a real, tangible difference to the lives of the most vulnerable people in the world,” he said.

“For example, with every year, millions of people are exposed to HIV-related diseases, and we want to help those who need it the most.”

Mr Gartrel said the cakes would be sold by Christmas.

“There are about 12 million people living with HIV and the global population is growing every year.”

The demand is so enormous for them and there is just not enough supply,” he explained.

The Australian company has launched the Baskins’ Rainbow Unicorn Cake with a cake topped with rainbow and unicorn horns, which are designed to be eaten by people of all ages.

It is available from December 10 to February 11.
