How to make Bundt Cake: Everything you need to know

A bundt pie is a favorite with all, from toddlers to grownups.

But how to make it?

Here’s everything you need.

Make sure you have your oven set to 350 degrees.

(For me, this means a 12-inch square baking pan.)

Put a baking sheet on top of a large rack, like a baking dish, and put a lid on the baking sheet.

The oven should be in the oven’s lowest setting, so the oven will have plenty of room for the crust.

Bake the crust in a nonstick pan for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it’s golden brown.

Remove from the oven, remove the lid, and allow to cool.

Remove the crust from the baking pan, set aside, and cut into wedges.

You want the crust to be about 1 inch thick, and about 4 to 6 inches long.

Cut the filling into wedches.

Place the wedges on a baking rack, and sprinkle with the lemon zest and honey.

Place in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (150°C).

Place a baking tray in the center of the oven.

The tray will hold the crust and the filling, so it will be easy to remove.

Bake in the middle of the rack for 15 minutes.

It will be very warm.

Remove to a wire rack, pour off the lemon juice, and pour the rest of the filling over the crust, then bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.

Allow to cool completely, then transfer to a serving dish.

Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.

You can freeze the crusts, or freeze the filling.
