Why I love to bake Easter cake

I love Easter.

I know that sounds silly.

But I’m not a baker.

I’m an engineer.

It’s a time to celebrate our families, friends, and communities.

 Easter is a big deal for us.

It’s a day that brings us together as a nation, and I love baking Easter cakes.

For my daughter, it’s a wonderful chance to celebrate the season.

Her birthday comes up in January, and my daughter likes to eat cake.

The last time we ate cake was in July, and it’s been a little while since we’ve had to do that.

When I baked her birthday cake, I made sure that it had a nice, round bottom.

I was also careful not to over-mix the batter, which means I was able to bake the cake with just a bit of the filling in the middle.
